  • Instalments: if you cancel before your second instalment is due, it is not charged.
  • Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Recordings, feedback and materials already received remain for your personal use; access to the course channel ends on cancellation.
  • Missing meetings or submissions does not by itself entitle you to a refund or extension. If you are removed under section 9, no refund is due for the current phase.

6. If we cancel or reschedule

  • If the batch does not start as scheduled, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
  • If a meeting or clinic must be rescheduled, we give at least 24 hours' notice where possible and hold it within two weeks. Clinic recordings are shared as usual.
  • If we are unable to complete the programme, you receive a refund proportionate to the weeks not delivered.

7. Meetings, clinics, recordings and language

  • All meetings, clinics and written feedback are in English.
  • Your fixed weekly 1:1 slot, the clinic timing and the full calendar are shared before payment.
  • Every group clinic is recorded. Recordings are shared through the course channel, normally within 48 hours, and remain available until 30 days after the programme ends.
  • 1:1 meetings are not recorded unless you ask and we both agree.
  • Each 1:1 meeting can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. A meeting missed without notice counts as completed.

8. Submissions and feedback

  • Written feedback is returned within 3 working days of each scheduled submission deadline.
  • Late submissions are reviewed only if time allows. Weekly evaluation allowances do not carry forward.
  • Each week's rewrite uses an answer evaluated in the previous week, so you always have the feedback before rewriting. Week 1 uses the sample submitted at onboarding.
  • A rewrite check reviews the selected correction; it is not a fresh full evaluation.
  • Practice ratings show your progress within PRISM. They are not predictions of UPSC marks.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Submit your own original work on time, record practice conditions honestly, and keep an honest error log.
  • Use only test series and materials you are legally entitled to access.
  • Treat the mentor and other students with respect in meetings, clinics and the cohort group.
  • Do not share, sell or publish recordings, feedback or programme materials.

Serious or repeated misconduct (for example harassment, plagiarism or sharing recordings) may lead to removal after a warning, or immediately in serious cases.

10. Materials and recordings

Recordings, templates, feedback and other programme materials are for your personal preparation only. They remain the property of PRISM and may not be copied or redistributed.

11. Privacy and consent

  • Your marks, feedback and personal details are visible only to you and the mentor.
  • Clinic recordings may include other participants. Your camera is optional, and you may use only your first name.
  • Your identifiable work is never used in group teaching, published, or used in a testimonial without your written consent.
  • Personal data is handled as described in our privacy note.

12. No guarantee of results

Mentorship improves your preparation process, but results depend on your own work, how you apply feedback, and the examination itself. Participation does not guarantee selection, a particular rank or a particular score. The mentor's scores and experience are self-reported and shared for context. PRISM is not affiliated with the Union Public Service Commission.

13. Changes, questions and cancellation requests

The terms in force when you pay apply to your batch. If anything must change afterwards, we will tell you in writing, and changes will not reduce what you paid for.

For questions, cancellation or refund requests, message @Prismupsc_bot on Telegram or reply to your enrolment confirmation. We aim to respond within 3 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
